Termoplastica Nevianese started the activity in Polyethylene flexible packaging field in 1978. Over these 40 years we have developed our commercial structures and techniques, diversifying and improving our production offer.

CUSTOMIZATION

The masters, on the side indicated, are those of greater use by our customers; during processing it is also possible to add further additives to particular requests.
Further customizations:

Colour Masterbatches: our products can be customized with colors on request, both on transparent and opaque basis.
Printing: at the customer’s request, based on marketing and recognition needs, we can customize the items we produce with logos or prints of different sizes and colors and with different print steps.
Pre-cut spool material: as an alternative to individually cut and welded products (sheets, bags and caps), which are placed on pallets folded in bundles, we can supply the same items in pre-cut spool, with welding and tear.
Coextrusion material: the articles of our production range can also be produced in 3-layer coextrusion, with the advantage of being able to obtain both combined colors and diversification of the different layers with special materials and additives

Anti-UV STABILIZING AGENT

It is able to ensure the polyethylene product a high degree of resistance against the degradation caused by sunlight.

ANTI-STATIC AGENT

It gives the product an high anti-static effect, long-lasting and self-regenerating during the time.

SLIP AGENT

It acts both as process lubricant and on the finished product to give characteristics of high slipperiness to the film, without altering the item optical properties.

ANTI-BLOCKING AGENT

It makes opening easier during the final use of items such as tube film, single and multi-folded film, bags and hoods and it prevents roll coils from sticking during winding process.

OUR

PRODUCTS

The production of our company is divided into: flat sheet films, mono and folded films, caps, tubular films, bags (small and large) and sheets. All made of heat-shrinkable polyethylene, with the possibility to combine the traditional LDPE material with our NEPAK blend, which is the flagship of our technical know-how. For several years we have also developed the production of some items in HDPE, especially for the food and preservation sector.
